VENDOR APPLICATION 

For the fee of $100.00 vendor/applicant is entitled to space for sale of legal merchandise during the hours of operation of the show. Applicant is responsible for all taxes, licenses, and fees necessary for the sale of their merchandise. Applicant is solely responsible for security of their merchandise and sale area and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify producers and all related/associated entities from any actions stemming from the sale or use of merchandise sold or offered for sale by applicant. This is a No-Rain date event and no refunds due for acts of weather or beyond control of operating entity.  

 

NOTICE: Food and beverage sales vending require County license fee, which is sole responsibility of individual vendor. Alcoholic beverage sales not allowed by outside vendors.

 

Spaces roughly 10 ft. X 10 ft. or as stipulated herein:

Space placement based on application date, premium spaces, available space, building safety considerations, and viewing traffic patterns. Set-up starts 8AM Thursday August 23rd. Operation times from then until Saturday 25th August, 2012.
